Fairley House

The existing house had a very badly designed extension to the rear of the property, with a garage too small for their requirements. We removed both volumes and replaced them with a double storey, rear extension. This accommodates a suite with bedroom, snug/study, dressing room and en-suite on the upper floor and enlarging the existing kitchen on the ground floor created a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with floor to ceiling glazing, giving views to their garden. The garage was replaced with a store, gym and sauna, with an open car port and covered barbecue area. The positioning of this new building afforded the client greater privacy, when sitting in their garden.
