The Man Cave

Every man needs a man cave and this is one will beat them all! Our client decided that after all his years of hard work, he deserved to build himself a garage to house his winnebego and two cars, a gym with sauna/steam room, office and entertaining space. The project is planned to be built in two stages.  The barn will be constructed as a portal frame, agricultural building by the first contractor. The second contractor will fit out the living space, pour the garage floor and complete the landscaping.
