Our brief was to improve the layout of their new home and create a family kitchen. 

The existing property had a small dark kitchen with a pantry cupboard and deteriorating timber porch to the rear of the property. Our proposal removed the pantry and cupboard walls and completed the corner, replacing the timber porch with large picture windows and roof lights to maximise the light and views to the garden. Internally the existing kitchen was accessed through the dining room, which did not suit its new owners. We created a new corridor through the cupboard under the stairs. Additionally we created an inglenook office space off the dining room by reducing the size of the existing internal shower room.
